Does Siella offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Free standard shipping applies to orders with a total value (before taxes) of $60 USD and over.
Free shipping is available for Standard shipping method only.

What is the delivery time?

Standard shipping : 3-8 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto-Rico, Yukon, Nunavut and the northwest territories).

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is always our priority and we would like to ensure that you have the best experience while shopping at mysiella.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days to return your package from the date you received it. To start a return, click here.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. You can return the item and placing a new order for the desired colour/size. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

How can I check my order status?

You must log into your account or you can check the confirmation email received from Siella, which has a link that directs you to track your order within your account page.

Can I make changes to my order?

In order to provide fast shipping, orders are automatically processed. However, you may contact our customer care to see if it would be possible to modify your order.
12 hours after your order is placed, no changes or cancellation are possible.

Can I add a discount code after my order was placed?

Discount codes cannot be applied once an order is already placed.

My tracking says delivered but I don't see my order

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us to investigate. You may also contact the shipping carrier to investigate further.
