If you wish to return items from different orders, complete the above steps for only one order and include all items in the same package. Kindly add a note indicating all the order numbers included in the return package. Your return will be accepted as long as the items abide by the return policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Product condition: All returned items must have the original tags attached, be unworn, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, make-up and deodorant.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. Items that do not meet the highest standards of health and hygiene will not eligible for credit and will be returned to sender.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Upon reception of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return will be refunded to your credit card, with the exception of shipping fees.
Should you refuse the product(s) upon delivery, the shipping charges will be automatically charged to your account. We will refund shipping charges only if we inadvertently shipped the wrong item. Otherwise, shipping charges are at the customer’s expense and therefore non-refundable. Returns can only be sent to our distribution center. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. For merchandise purchased on sale, or with a coupon code, or during an online promotion, the amount credited will correspond to the amount paid at the time of the order.
We can only process returns for items purchased directly from mysiella.com. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
