WAY too small

As per the size chart, I got an XL to fit a 38DD. The cups are WAY too small. It covers maybe half of what it appears to in the photos, if even. I don't understand how or why an XL would be cut so low/short. I'd love to try a XXL but since Siella only has free returns the first time, I don't think it's worth the risk. Plus, the band is comfortable -- an XXL will probably be too lose around the ribs.

I really like this bra. It is much more supportive than others that I have which are similar (organic cotton). That said, I do find the finishing a bit itchy. The straps rub at my shoulders and make it hard to wear this all day.
